Take Detroit’s favorite pan pizza to the next level with new fun ingredients like Calabrese salumi and sweety drop peppers – then tie it all together with Bacio’s pizza cheese.

Topping Ingredients
1 22 oz. dough ball stretched out to corners of pan
3-4 oz crushed Roma tomato sauce
11 oz. Bacio Cheese
3 oz. sweety drop peppers
3 oz. sliced Calabrese salume


Take your “Blue Pan” pizza pan and oil the edges very well. Stretch your 22-oz. dough ball to the shape of the pan.
Spread 3-4 oz. of crushed roma tomato sauce out on the pizza dough leaving 1” of dough around the edge.
Then, sprinkle 11-oz. of Bacio Cheese over the entire dough and all the way around the edge. Cheese should be touching the edge of the pan.
Add toppings, bake and enjoy!
