1 Neapolitan dough
4 oz. mushroom puree
9 oz. Bacio Sharp Provolone Blend
3 oz. porcini mushroom
3 oz. seasonal mushrooms
3 oz. bacon
5 ea. fried oyster mushrooms
Fresh arugula, to taste
White truffle oil, to taste
Stretch dough to a 14” diameter.
Spread 4 oz. of mushroom puree on dough.
Top with 9 oz. of Bacio Sharp Provolone Blend.
Top with porcinis, seasonal mushrooms, and bacon.
