Bacio Block Cheese is available in both Whole Milk and Part Skim varieties. Each block is guaranteed to perform flawlessly so you can create the perfect pizza every time and for every customer. Bacio Block Cheese comes in 6-pound blocks that are carefully packaged to ensure maximum freshness, and because it’s Bacio, it’s specially made with our signature Kiss of Buffalo Milk™.



Whole Milk – Low moisture mozzarella cheese (cultured pasteurized milk, salt and enzymes), buffalo skim milk.

Part Skim – Low moisture part skim mozzarella cheese (cultured pasteurized part skim milk, salt and enzymes), buffalo skim milk.


Shelf Life

Bacio Block Cheese is quality-guaranteed for 90 days from the date it’s carefully crafted by our cheese makers.


Storage and Handling

Keep Bacio cheese refrigerated at a temperature between 35º and 41º F for optimum shelf life and performance. Upon shredding, store in containers with no more than 30 pounds of cheese to minimize compaction. Seal with a tight lid or plastic overwrap to keep the cheese fresh.
