North African flavors baked onto a North African dough.
1 ea. Teff Roma dough
4 oz. harissa sauce
9 oz. Bacio Cheese
5 oz. charred sweet peppers
4 oz. curried carrots
3 oz. charred cauliflower
Chermoula, to taste
Stretch dough to a 14” diameter.
Spread 4 oz. of harissa sauce on dough.
Top with 9 oz. of Bacio Whole Milk Cheese.
Place the sweet peppers, curried carrots, and charred cauliflower on the dough.
Bake and enjoy!
