Whole Milk – Bacio Whole Milk Cheese [low moisture mozzarella cheese (cultured pasteurized milk, salt and enzymes), buffalo skim milk], powdered cellulose (added to prevent caking), natamycin (added as a preservative).
Part Skim – Bacio Part Skim Cheese [low moisture part skim mozzarella cheese (cultured pasteurized part skim milk, salt and enzymes), buffalo skim milk], powdered cellulose (added to prevent caking), natamycin (added as a preservative).
50/50 Blend – Bacio Cheese Blend [low moisture mozzarella cheese and low moisture part skim mozzarella (cultured pasteurized part skim milk, cultured pasteurized milk, salt, and enzymes), buffalo skim milk], powdered cellulose (added to prevent caking), natamycin (added as a preservative).
Provolone Blend – Bacio Part Skim Cheese [low moisture part skim mozzarella cheese (cultured pasteurized part skim milk, salt, and enzymes), buffalo skim milk], provolone cheese (cultured pasteurized milk, salt, enzymes), powdered cellulose (added to prevent caking), natamycin(added as a preservative).
Shelf Life
Bacio Diced Cheese is quality-guaranteed for 90 days from the date it’s carefully crafted by our cheese makers.
Storage and Handling
Keep Bacio cheese refrigerated at a temperature between 35⁰ and 41⁰ Fahrenheit for optimum shelf life and performance. Store in containers with no more than 30 pounds of cheese to minimize compaction. Seal with a tight lid or plastic overwrap to keep the cheese fresh.
